Brian Duff - Rigger and Owner
Brian has grown up immersed in cruising sail. From Eight years old on, all summer has been spent sailing, and many years were spent full time living aboard. At 16 he set off on his own cruising boat for adventures unlimited. After a few years of traveling and working at some of the most skilled yards on the Atlantic coastline, Brian started a rigging business in Grand Cayman. Brian and his wife, Kim, had a child there and decided to sail back towards the States to set up shop and raise their son on the Chesapeake Bay.

Sean MacLeod - Rigger and Electrician
Sean is an experienced diesel mechanic and marine electrician with an ABYC certification for Marine Electrical Installations. Sean joined Southbound Cruising Services in August of 2007 to learn rigging. Sailing experience comes from numerous trips on his uncle's 'J. Murray Watts' designed schooner, and sailing on the Tall Ship 'Alliance' out of Yorktown Virginia.

Other interests include researching and racing cars, snowboarding, and cooking.

Ted Reshetiloff- Managment


Ted began working with Southbound in Jan-2008. Ted has taken over the administrative management of the company, and is lending his expertise to enhance the client experience. With quick response times and accurate accounting, Ted is working to provide the best client services on the Bay. He has spent a lifetime sailing and currently cruises the bay with his family on an Ericson 38. Ted is also invloved extensively with racing dinghies and keelboats. His wife Claudia and he are shown above racing their Jet 14 in Newport RI.
